SCHOOL TIMINGS
The hours of attendance are 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The students have to attend the science practical from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. or from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

DRESS CODE
The students are to wear the school uniform. A student who is not dressed in proper school uniform will not be permitted to sit in the class.

Fees

All the fees are to be paid monthly, strictly in advance i.e. by the fifteenth of every month. A surcharge of five rupees must be added if the fees are paid after the fifteenth of the month.

Entrance fee with the first month’s fee in cash must be paid in advance. Children and younger pupil should not be entrusted with the payment of school fees.

Fees for the month of may have to be paid in November and fees for the month of June have to be paid in January.

Roll Numbers for the board classes will be given after all the fees are paid.

The final report will not be issued until all the fees for the full year has been paid up to date and in any case, all the fees for the academic year will be paid before the commencement of the final examination.

Admisson Procedure

As a rule, the pupil under two and a half years, are not admitted.
Candidates are registered for admission on the purchase of the application form. The parent and the candidate are interviewed, where the presence of the father of the candidate is essential.
The birth certificate has to be produced for admission till the first standard. The document requested for admission become the property of the school and are not returned on any account.
All those students who are seeking admissions from second to twelfths standard will have to appear for the entrance test. If they pass this test, and if there is a vacant seat, they will have to bring their transfer certificate, countersigned by the relevant authority, only then will the admission be done.
A calendar month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a pupil or else the fees for that month will be charged. Such notice should be given in writing by the parent/ guardian and not by the pupil himself/ herself.
When once admitted in the school by paying the fees, if the student disagrees to attend the classes, the fees will not be refunded back, on any account.
The principal reserves rights of requiring the withdrawal of any pupil.
